Third Avenue School
Purpose:
Third Avenue School provides students with special education services and social-emotional learning opportunities to help students become successful community members.
Who We Serve:
The Third Avenue School serves students who have been identified with a disability and are eligible to receive special education services under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). Further eligibility criteria are determined by the student’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP) team. Students whose IEP team has determined that the students require a highly structured environment, receive individualized instruction in social-emotional learning, and opportunities to generalize their skills in a wide variety of settings.
